Ilker’s Insights: Was kommt nach 20 Jahre Agilität … / What’s next after 20 Years of Agility …

(english below)

Herzlichst

———–

Last week was the 20th Anniversary of the agile manifesto.

Looking back, some of the manifesto’s signatories said their motivations were:

– To develop better software products,

– to deliver value for money,

– to have more fun at work,

– to free themselves from the straitjacket of CMMI, RUP and PMI, and to

– “pleading” to no longer have to ask to talk to customers directly and deliver something of value.

In this respect, the signatories had struck a chord and solved the problems.

No wonder that this movement has become a successful standard.

I think agile needs to take the next leap at the organizational design level. Agile principles are not enough to do that.

It needs more principles than those found at the team or development level.

That kind of principles is in BetaCodex(cf. attached, first principle).

Organizational agility is only possible with BetaCodex.
