Selbstorganisation Selbstmanagement / Self-organization Self-management

(english below)

Was möchte das Team übernehmen?

– Teamzusammenstellung?

– Teamaufgabe?

– Recruiting?

Self-organization means that something forms out of itself without external factors.

In the organizational context, how can the teams work in a self-organized manner?

Perhaps we should ask the question whether the teams are built more self-organized and manage their work themselves?

We could have many advantages and create clarity if we stay in dialogue with our teams about the “external factors”.

What does the team want to take on?

– Team composition?

– Team task?

– Recruiting?

– The “why” of the product/service?

– The “what” to develop?

– The “how” to create it?

– Measure its results and performance?

I have experienced that the dialogue on these topics creates a lot of clarity. Instead of discussing self-organization yes or no, and if so, how.

The attached picture can also help us in dialogue.
